Each month we tackle a new archetype as part of our identity work. I’ve got my take, but the space really works because everyone shows up with their own perspective. Through these explorations, we’re doing self-exploration—seeing which parts of yourself feel authentic, which are playing a role for everyone else, and discovering the ways you want to show up in the world. We’re also questioning the roles patriarchy has assigned us, challenging expectations, and creating a space where you can explore who you are on your own terms.

I bring tools, frameworks, and journaling prompts that work. I also bring ideas I’m testing in real time—maybe something I’ve been trying for a week, maybe a month—but I’m experimenting and inviting you to do the same.
